I’m Head of Product Experience at waipu.tv and a Freelance Product Manager based in Munich, Germany.

For over a decade, I’ve worked as an independent consultant helping organizations, from start-ups to established brands, transform ideas into commercial software products. I enjoy working on products end to end, from ideation all the way to launch.

Product Management

As a Product Manager or Product Owner, I help organizations lead products from conception to launch.

I focus on product discovery, a clear product vision, evidence-based decision making and close collaboration with design and engineering to ship products that drive long-term growth.

I have extensive experience in growing products and building products from scratch at organizations such as ProSiebenSat1, AutoScout24, Miele X and the Bundesliga.

Interim Product Leadership

As an Interim Product Leader, I provide direction for product teams during critical phases of growth or transformation.

I help cover a gap in leadership teams until the right permanent candidate is onboarded. It’s about quickly stepping into the role and delivering results within a short-term engagement.

I have led product teams at organizations such as jameda, Zeppelin Digit and the SaaS startup Convercus.

Product Consulting

Drawing on best practices from over 10 organizations, I help build and optimize product management practices. I support teams in establishing effective team structures, defining roadmaps, implementing planning frameworks, KPI frameworks or agile practices like Scrum or Kanban.
