In 2015 bild.de cooperated with maxdome to offer the service Bild Movies for its users. I led the development, integration and launch of the Bild Movies cooperation as product owner.
As senior product manager at maxdome, I A/B tested all sign up and order processes. I led the remodelling and responsive development of the optimized processes in 2014. The result was a double-digit conversion rate uplift.
As the web product owner, I led all relaunch phases: user testing, concept, UI design, development, QA and launch. The project comprised of a new information architecture, corporate design, improved onsite SEO, checkout and web frontend.
Moved the development team to agile methodologies in 2013. Established iterative and incremental development in sprint cycles. Introduced scrum events: sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review and retrospective. The result was a higher productivity and a shorter time to market.
